Return and Refund Policy – Hurrywell

At Hurrywell, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a return or refund option under the terms outlined below.

1. Policy Duration

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. You will receive an email confirming whether your return is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet? Try the following steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times vary).
  3. Get in touch with your bank – some refunds take additional time to reflect.

5. Sale Items

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email care@hurrywell.in with your order details and send the item to:

Replacement products are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

7. Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Tip: For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your return.
